Not sure how to save and send a PDF form? Follow these instructions:

1. Right-click (MAC: CTRL-Click) on THIS and choose "Save" or "Save link as..."*
   You'll have to do this from an actual computer; it won't work on a phone or tablet.
   *Depending on the browser you're using, it might say "Save As..." or something similar.
2. Once saved to your computer, open the file (it's called EvilVisionsJobApp.pdf). If you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can find it (for free) at Adobe.com.
3. Fill out the form.
4. Save it.
5. Email it as an attachment to the email address above.
