You will experience audio and lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or wet conditions and a physical demanding environment. You should not participate if you are pregnant, suffer from claustrophobia, prone to seizures, heart or respiratory problems, or other serious heath problems. You will not be admitted if you appear intoxicated or are wearing any form of temporary cast, medical brace or crutches. No photography or videography allowed. No weapons of any kind, including knives, are allowed.
No smoking, drinking or eating. No cutting in line, running, touching props, and do not touch the actors. If you violate these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused. Holder of the ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending Spookshow Productions LLC Haunted Attractions. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in Spookshow Productions LLC Haunted Attractions. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into Spookshow Productions LLC Haunted Attractions holder agrees to release the operator, it’s parent LLC, affiliates, officers, directors, owners, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending Spookshow Production LLC Haunted Attractions at these locations.

Terms & Conditions described below govern the use of this site. Your use and/or placement of any ticket order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.

Privacy & Security Policy: We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, mailing address, and phone number. Spookshow Productions LLC does not sell your information; we use your information to process your ticket orders and to contact you regarding specific haunted attraction activities.
When you place an order for tickets with Evil Visions, LLC you will be transferred to a secure website. All personal information, including credit card information will be protected using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology that prevents a third part from gaining access to your information.

Online Ticket Sales: Tickets purchased online are valid any night of operation. All online ticket sale holders can bypass the onsite ticket sales box office lines and go immediately to the general admission or Fast Pass attraction lines based on ticket type purchased.
Do not go to the ticket booth with your online ticket print out. Please proceed directly to the Attraction lines.

ALL TICKETS ARE SCANNED BEFORE ENTERING THE ATTRACTION,
ONLY ONE SCAN AND ENTRY PER TICKET.
If you purchase a ticket from anyone other than Evil Visions, LLC you take the risk of being scammed. We have a scanning validation system that prevents fraud of our on-line/event tickets.

Fast Pass Tickets: This ticket grants you access to the Fast Pass line with little or no waiting and is given preference over the general admission ticket holders. This type may be purchased on-line or at the event box office. Please proceed to the Fast Pass line once you arrive at the attraction. At any time prior to entry into the attraction the Fast Pass can be upgraded from general admission at the event box office for only $10 more per ticket.

Convenience Fees: All on-line tickets have a per ticket convenience fee added at the time of purchase.

Shipping Method: All online ticket purchases are printed from your computer; you must have a printer to redeem your tickets.
Onsite Ticket Sales: You may also purchase tickets on the day of the event at the box office. The Box office opens at 6:00pm on selected nights.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final, NO REFUNDS.

Inclement Weather Policy: Evil Visions LLC Attractions will not close due to normal seasonal weather conditions. In the unlikely event that extreme weather forces us to be closed on a given night, tickets can be used on any other day that we are open.
